Prices are per lesson. The longer Term Plan lesson is 55 minutes. The longer Pay As You Go lesson is 60 minutes.

Lessons follow the UK school year: 39 teaching weeks, split into half-terms.

Book a fixed weekly slot for the whole half-term. Payment is upfront, before the first lesson.
Up to three missed lessons per half-term can be caught up during the school holiday immediately after that half-term, subject to availability. More than three missed lessons, or no available slot, means the missed lesson fee is lost. Unused lessons are not carried forward or refunded.
Lessons cancelled by IACM are always rescheduled or refunded.
Joining partway through a half-term? Pay only for the lessons that remain.
Term Plan students can book extra lessons at their Term Plan rate.

Pay As You Go lessons are subject to availability. Payment is due at least 24 hours before your lesson.

48 hours or more notice: no charge.
24 to under 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the lesson fee if no replacement slot is available.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: full lesson fee if no replacement slot is available.
With less than 48 hours’ notice, your teacher will first try to offer a replacement within 72 hours of the original lesson, subject to availability.
No-show: full lesson fee. Rescheduling is not offered.
Payment is due at least 24 hours before your lesson, by bank transfer or website payment when available.
